We are a leading training and consultancy firm seeking for highly motivated Executive/Senior Executive, Business Strategies & Development Unit to join us either our branch office in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• To identify potential business opportunity.
• Conduct telephone sales/marketing
• Sponsorship sales and management
• Follow-up with accounts on any sales related correspondence.
• Conduct phone research and sales pitches daily.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma & above
• Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with bilingual clients. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
• Proficient in holding phone conversation with good etiquette.
• Experience in Seminars/Conferences Sales in Professional Development Training is preferred but not necessary.

Other Required Skills:

• Good, proven track records.
• Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
• Self-Motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detailed, efficient and results oriented.
• Posses sense of urgency

Other Information:

• Training will be provided for those with or without experience.
• Salary = Competitive basic + high commission structure.
• Office located in CBD area
