Mr Leuck’s distinguished career as below:
Aymon joined Infineon Technologies AG in 1999 as Procurement Manager. He was responsible for the company’s worldwide procurement of IT, consulting and R&D software/applications for the company. In 2002, Aymon moved up to the position of Senior Manager for Consulting and Benchmarking where he was the project leader for benchmarking projects, internal restructuring and process reengineering.
One year later in 2003, Aymon was promoted to Director for Manufacturing Outsourcing. He was responsible for all commercial functions of Infineon’s outsourced manufacturing leading a world wide – multinational and cross-functional department. Thereby he was responsible for managing an annual procurement budget of $300 Million Euros as well as conducting due diligences. In 2006, Aymon was posted to Infineon’s Regional Headquarter in Singapore – Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as its Director for Corporate Audit. This appointment has made Aymon the Head of Corporate Audit (Asia) covering mainly China, Japan, India, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong. He is responsible for all audit projects in these countries as well as export control. His most recent major development is the successful conceptualization and implementation of various process audit types and audit target trees.
Prior to joining Infineon, Aymon was with Siemens AG for 2 years commencing with its Global Purchasing Trainee Program and thereafter being responsible for strategic company projects such as Year 2000 conversion, ramp down of a distressed asset (closure of a semiconductor fab, as well as the IT procurement ramp up of the world's first 300mm semiconductor fab in Dresden).
Aymon is a Certified System Investigator (CSI), a certification awarded by CSI World Headquarters. On top of this, Aymon also graduated with a Master Degree in Business from the European Business School in 1992. He also studied at the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona, as well as at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Dijon, France.
